For one night, turn Mom Mode off.
Join other moms from the PVPV/Rawlings community for 90 minutes of laughter, movement, connection and trying something completely different.
- No martial arts experience.
- No need to be “in shape.”
- No pressure.
Just show up as you are.
What's waiting for you
Five things happen tonight.
Move
Get moving, hit some pads and let off a little steam.
Laugh
This isn't a serious martial arts seminar. Expect to have fun.
Discover
Learn a few surprisingly simple skills and experience that “Wait — I can actually do that?” moment.
Connect
Spend the evening with other women from your school community.
Reset
Mocktails, good energy and 90 minutes where nobody needs you to find their shoes.

And it isn't a women's self-defense seminar.
It's an experience.
Fred and the Karate America team are putting together an evening where you can try things you've probably never tried before, learn something genuinely useful, laugh with your friends and leave feeling pretty damn good about yourself.
Come alone or grab another PVPV/Rawlings mom and come together.
Somebody hands you a drink.
The last twenty minutes are the whole point — mocktails, music still going, nobody rushing off. This is where the group chat starts.
