These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StudioGenius platform ("the Platform") operated by StudioGenius LLC ("StudioGenius", "we", "us"). By logging in you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Accounts on the Platform are issued to a specific named individual who is either an owner, employee or authorized contractor of the licensed business ("the Studio"). The Platform is a workplace tool; personal use is not permitted.
You may not share your username, password, magic link, session token, two-factor code or any other login credential with any other person — including other employees, family members, or replacements covering your shift. Each user must use their own account. Sharing credentials is a material breach of these Terms.
The Platform contains confidential personal information of the Studio's customers (parents, students, leads), including names, addresses, phone numbers, payment method metadata and conversation history. You agree to treat this data as strictly confidential, to access it only as needed to perform your job for the Studio, and to never copy, export, screenshot, photograph, forward or otherwise remove this data from the Platform for any purpose other than the Studio's legitimate business operations.
The Platform — including its source code, design, AI prompts, automation playbooks, message templates, scoring formulas, training content and any data we provide back to the Studio — is the intellectual property of StudioGenius. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, redistribute, or build a competing product using anything you observe inside the Platform.
You acknowledge that StudioGenius logs every login attempt — including timestamp, IP address, approximate geographic location, browser/device fingerprint and success/failure status — for the purpose of detecting unauthorized access, credential sharing and account takeover. We may send you a security alert when your account is accessed from a new IP address or device.
Violation of these Terms, including (without limitation) sharing your login, exfiltrating customer data, or attempting to copy the Platform's intellectual property, may result in:
- Immediate, irreversible termination of your access; - Forfeiture of any unpaid commissions, bonuses, retention credits or referral payouts owed to you by the Studio or by StudioGenius; - Civil action for damages, including but not limited to injunctive relief, return of confidential data, and recovery of attorneys' fees; and - Where applicable, referral to law enforcement under state and federal computer-fraud statutes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, you will be prompted to re-accept the updated Terms the next time you log in. Continued use of the Platform after a new version is published constitutes acceptance.
